Terms and Conditions

Delivery Terms:

Shipping costs of CHF 8.90 per shipment are charged up to an order value of CHF 100. From this amount onwards, delivery is free!

Delivery:

Only possible within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Delivery is carried out by DPD/Post and usually takes 2 – 5 working days after placing the order.

Payment Terms:

On account; 30 days net

Small Quantity Surcharge:

No small quantity surcharge is applied.

Prices:

Base price and tiered pricing are displayed individually for each product in the login area.

Returns:

Ordered items can be returned to Tailor Me AG within 14 days of receipt, at your own expense. Only items in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be accepted.
