Scope of Application

The General Terms and Conditions of Tailor Me AG apply to all orders placed in the online shop www.tailorme.ch. The illustrations, products, information and descriptions shown in the Tailor Me AG online shop are non-binding and may differ from the actual items.

Contract Conclusion and Withdrawal

When the customer completes an order process and submits one or more order(s) to Tailor Me AG, a contractual relationship is established between Tailor Me AG and the customer in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).

Tailor Me AG, as well as the customer, may withdraw from the contract without stating reasons. A declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing within the transaction day + 2 days, which may also expressly be done by email.

Shipping/Delivery

Shipping within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein is free of charge for orders over CHF 100. If the order value is below CHF 100, shipping costs of CHF 8.90 per parcel/shipment will be charged.

Orders are shipped by parcel courier service and only to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The delivery period from the time of order is usually 2 to 5 working days.

Right of Return

Ordered items may be returned to Tailor Me AG within 14 days from the date noted on the delivery note at the customer's own expense. Only items in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be accepted for return.

Defect Claims

For all products purchased in the Tailor Me online shop, the warranty period is 24 months from the day the goods left our premises. The warranty covers all defects occurring within the agreed warranty period, provided that these are demonstrably caused by poor material or faulty manufacture. However, liability is limited, at the warrantor's choice, to repair, replacement or reimbursement of the invoice value of the defective goods.

Any further claims by the buyer are excluded.

Payment

Payment is made as requested in the web shop. Unpaid goods remain the property of Tailor Me AG until full payment has been made.

Warranties

Swiss legislation expressly applies. Warranties must be sent to Tailor Me AG by registered mail.

In the case of quality complaints, a simple email is sufficient and Tailor Me AG will endeavor to find a solution.

Data Protection

All data required for the order is stored by us and treated confidentially. This data will not be made available to any third party.

The customer may request the deletion of their data at any time by simple request, which will be immediately confirmed by Tailor Me AG. As noted under Data Protection.

Amendments and Miscellaneous Provisions

Tailor Me AG reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. The current version of the Terms and Conditions published at www.tailorme.ch shall apply.

Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively with place of jurisdiction in Glattbrugg.
